The Massachusetts, Rhode Island Chapter & Maine Chapter was created in 2021 with the merger of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Chapter and the Maine Chapter. The new chapter’s jurisdiction now includes the three states. The Chapter strives to offer timely and informative appraisal education to meet the needs of our membership. All appraisers are invited to attend our quarterly membership meetings which include continuing education programs, networking, and much more.

Bylaws –
Because of the 2021 merger to form the Massachusetts Rhode Island & Maine Chapter and the recommendation in June 2021 by the RI Branch Advisory Board to the Board of Directors asking that the Rhode Island Branch be disbanded and a State of Rhode Island Committee be created, changes to the bylaws are necessary. On January 6th, 2022, the Chapter membership was notified in accordance with Article XIII, Part B that these will be voted on at the January 27th Chapter Business meeting by a majority vote of designated members, candidates, and affiliates present.
