Join the Massachusetts, Rhode Island & Maine Chapter of the Appraisal Institute for our Annual Holiday Meeting and Leadership Installation! Enjoy lunch, reconnect with colleagues, and celebrate another year of Chapter activities and accomplishments. We’ll recognize and thank our 2026 Chapter leadership for their dedication and service and welcome our incoming 2027 Officers, Board of Directors, and Region IV Representatives.

We are pleased to welcome Tonia Vailas, 2026 Region IV Director, who will conduct the installation of our 2027 Chapter leadership.

We’ll also take a look ahead at the Appraisal Institute’s future, including important organizational updates, governance changes, and what they mean for our members and Chapters.

• 1:30 PM – Installation of 2027 Officers, Directors, and Region IV Representatives. Installation conducted by Tonia Vailas, 2026 Region IV Director
