Course Material and breaks: Price includes a downloaded version of the NEWLY required reference manual and the course handbook as well as AM break. Students that wish to have a printed copy of materials may opt to do so at an additional cost and will be responsible for paying shipping.
CE Credit: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Credit and a course completion certificate can only be issued by attending 100% of the course. Please plan accordingly and be on time as late arrival or leaving early could jeopardize your receiving a certificate of attendance.

Learn about the vendors who can assist you in developing better quality reports that contain the most recent and applicable transaction data. This two hour CE program will provide information about vendors who provide appraisal data and software.
The Virtual Appraisal Service Vendor Showcase will provide appraisers of the template options available to deliver USPAP compliant reports to clients and data services available to provide support for their market assumption conclusions. Attendees will learn how to efficiently access the best comparable sale and lease data, demographics, and the technology platforms used to create superior quality report documents and discounted cash flow models. Presentations will be provided by Compstak, Lightbox and VALCRE. More vendors to be added.

Class begins each day at 10:00AM Central time (8:00AM Pacific, 9:00AM Mountain, 11:00AM Eastern). Each class runs for three hours and forty-five minutes (3.75) each day with at least two breaks during that time. The course runs for eight (8) half-days. Times shown are U.S. Central (Chicago) time.
