Students are required to bring a copy of the current version of USPAP (2020 – 2021) which can be bought from the Appraisal Foundation.
Enrolled students will receive an email with a link to join the virtual class.
Credit Hours: 7 hours.
The Chapter has verified that MA, RI & ME have approved virtual education. For other states, students are strongly encouraged to contact the state licensing agencies directly.
