The MARIME Chapter cordially invites you to attend our annual holiday meeting at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Boston. Join us for an evening of networking, cocktails, and an outstanding selection of hearty hors d’oeuvres, featuring salad, pasta, risotto, and sliders.  The evening is our chance to express our gratitude to the 2023 leadership team for their outstanding contributions and to extend our warm wishes for success to the incoming 2024 leadership team.

  • The Installation of 2024 Officers Directors and Regional Reps will start at 7:30 pm

Parking Options

Self Parking – Parking in the Underground Garage at 21 Liberty Drive is available after 5:00 pm nightly for $22 per car.

Valet Parking – Valet parking is available for $27 per car starting at 5:00 p.m.

Public Parking – Additional public parking is available in the area. View additional parking options.

About the Program:

This program is intended to make attendees aware of current economic and real estate trends, expand their knowledge of real estate tax issues, and provide the opportunity to network with colleagues.

The program starts with Massachusetts economic and budget projections followed by Greater Boston life science, office, and retail market overviews. The morning will also include the discussion of real estate trends involving the growing single-family rental housing industry and the status of construction material and labor costs. Following the afternoon luncheon, the program will focus on the adverse impact of rising mortgage interest rates on property values, real estate tax assessments, and municipal budgets. The afternoon program will also explain TIF agreements, CPA charges, and BID districts. The event will finally conclude with a networking cocktail reception.
