Description of Program: The panelist will provide updates on which communities have enacted changes to facilitate housing under both laws. Further, on the topic of ADU’s, panelist will provide an update on financing vehicles, and how builders are providing construction solutions that comply with the regulations. The speakers will give presentations and participate in a moderated panel discussion.
Continuing Education Credit: This program is approved by the Appraisal Institute and the states of MA and ME. Applications have been sent to the states of RI and NH for 2 hours of CE credit. Reach out to the Chapter office about receiving CT CE credit. No credit will be provided in other states.
