The program is themed to present individual sections related to current topics impacting real estate appraisal. The profession is increasingly being impacted by technology and change. This program is intended to increase the body of knowledge and best practice. To provide appraisers with up-to-date information and tools, we have assembled guest speakers with expertise in current New England real estate economics and the fields of artificial intelligence and data center/energy trends. The speakers will give presentations and participate in discussions.
